What Are The Difference Between ABS Trolley Luggages And PP Trolley Bags

Polypropylene vs Polycarbonate vs ABS Luggage Comparison

When you compare polypropylene vs polycarbonate vs ABS luggage, there are several important things to consider. Weight, size, durability, and cost are the most important factors.

While each Luggages material has its advantages and disadvantages, some luggage types will be better in certain situations than others.

This also means that there isn't a perfect one. One may be better for you, while one may be better for someone else.

Ask yourself what type of traveling you do, how often you travel, and what type of items you pack with you. This will help you decide which luggage is best for your situation.

Durability

While all three types of plastic are at least somewhat durable, Polypropylene

luggage is going to be the most durable.

This type of plastic is both impact and scratch resistant, which makes it stand out the most in the durability category.

WEIGHT

Polypropylene is the best option if weight is your main focus. these Suitcases  are the lightest on the market, in fact, even lighter than aluminum suitcases.

Polypropylene (PP) , also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications. It is produced via chain-growth polymerization from the monomer propylene.

Polypropylene belongs to the group of polyolefins and is partially crystalline and non-polar. Its properties are similar to polyethylene, but it is slightly harder and more heat resistant. It is a white, mechanically rugged material and has a high chemical resistance. Polypropylene is the second-most widely produced commodity plastic (after polyethylene) and it is often used in packaging and labeling. In 2013, the global market for polypropylene was about 55 million tonnes.

polycarbonate(PC):  are a group of thermoplastic polymers containing carbonate groups in their chemical structures. Polycarbonates used in engineering are strong, tough materials, and some grades are optically transparent. They are easily worked, molded, and thermoformed. Because of these properties, polycarbonates find many applications. Polycarbonates do not have a unique resin identification code (RIC) and are identified as “Other”, 7 on the RIC list.
